What is menopause fitness?
I'm glad you asked! If you are like me (which you probably are if you are reading this...), you might be experiencing some menopausal symptoms. Going through peri-menopause can be tragic, stressful and frightful! Believe me, I know! I had my worst symptoms in 2022, and I've gone above and beyond trying to figure out how to fix myself. And, did it work? Yes, it has!
How did I reduce some my symptoms and eliminate others? NATURALLY! No extra hormones, no meds, no expensive fixes. The key was to educate myself on MENOPAUSE FITNESS. What this means is that you can make changes to your daily lifestyle routine to help balance those erratic hormone levels.
In 2022 when my symptoms were unbearable, these are some of the things I did to see results:
I was never educated on menopause.... When you go through puberty, you are in school so if your mom didn't teach you about it, your health class probably did. And, your parents were probably openly blaming your bad behavior and mood swings to your "changing hormones". Why aren't we taught about menopause?
