Hot Classroom: May Lunch Classes
Peri-menopause can start as early as your late 30's, and some women can spend half of their life in a menopausal stage! It's time we learn what we can do to help ease the symptoms naturally with Menopause Fitness!
Whether you are at the beginning stages of menopause or past the worst of it, it's important to learn about what's happening to your aging body and hormones. Learn what you can do NATURALLY (changes in exercise, nutrition, supplements, sleep, etc.) to help balance your hormones.
This lunch class consists of 4 sessions on May 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd from 1-2pm each day. You should be available for each of those 4 classes to get the most out of this program. (If you do end up missing one, I can give you some detailed notes via email.)
During these classroom sessions, you'll learn about:

- What is Menopause

- Hormone balance vs Imbalance (what to look for)
- The Nasty Nine (the main pesky hormones to look out for)
